Send the article to the return address provided by our team.

5. We will take it from there

Once we receive the article, our team will inspect it and guide you regarding the exchange.

We recommend using a trackable courier service when sending an article back, as we cannot be responsible for parcels lost or damaged during return delivery.

What About Handmade Details?

At NS by Noor Saad, many of our designs include embroidery, embellishments, laces and other detailed finishing.

Because of this, you may notice very small differences in embroidery, thread placement or embellishment.

These little variations are a natural part of the handmade work and do not mean that the article is faulty.

We believe it is these little details that give every piece its own beauty.

Please Keep in Mind

Colours can sometimes look slightly different in pictures compared to the actual article. Lighting, photography and different screen settings can affect how a colour appears.

Articles that have been worn, washed, altered, stained, perfumed or damaged after delivery may not be eligible for exchange.

Every exchange request is checked by our team so we can make sure the article meets the conditions mentioned above.
