Made-to-order and custom-measurement pieces

Because these are created just for you — often to your exact measurements — we don't offer returns for change of mind. Instead, we make sure it's right: if the fit isn't perfect, alterations are complimentary. Send it back and we'll adjust it.

In-stock, standard-size pieces (US)

May be exchanged within 7 days of delivery — unworn, unwashed, with tags attached — for store credit or another size.

Faulty or incorrect items

If anything arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, we'll put it right at no cost to you — replacement, repair, or refund, your choice.
